Clatter Splatter Splott!

Random fluff and stuff

Cheap Brighton

Ok not my normal sort post, but I have set up a new website and need to celebrate, its called Cheap Brighton. I think I am going to have a lot of fun here as I am going to have to ferret out all sorts of interesting things to see and do, and have a chance to write about my knowledge of the budget end of the local restaurant trade, the site is sorta aimed at travellers but I guess it will have more than a passing interest for others too. It's rather a huge subject, but I hope to gets read and used and saves people some money, after all Brighton is not a cheap place on the whole. I have lived here for years and right now I am really feeling the squeeze and am not eating out as much I as would like, OK, I would love to be eating out every night if the truth be told.

Don't want to splatter (or should that be clattersplatterspolt) this blog with a promo for the site, but am pretty happy with the idea! The design is temporary, I will but a really classy one on when I get the time, but for now, while I am still writing the bulk of the articles the slightly shoddily hacked Wordpress theme should do!

Oh and if anyone has any ideas please leave a comment below, I want to know :D

Secret Garden Party

Just got back from a two week road trip, went to the Secret Garden and the Big Chill/Sunrise to work (selling Top Hats, corsets, filly knickers etc. which meant two weeks in the company of some stunningly gorgeous girls, wayhey).

The Secret Garden Party is like nothing else. Three days of complete and absolute headonism hidden away in the English countryside, was it real?

The pix I took are in a camera that is currently in Hungary so they wont get posted for a while, these vids I found do no justice to what went on but it's a flavour  ...

a bit of music as there were countless bands on loads of stages big and small, all top notch and I had heard of hardly any of them before ...

not forgetting two men in a tractor tyre going down a hill into the stream, this spot got used for all sorts of shenanigans ...

but none of this gives any idea of how hot it was or quite how crazy it got at night :D The pirate ship was built in the middle of the lake and was a club. You got rowed out to it, it was kicking! On Saturday night the order to abandon ship came and then this happened ...

and to end tings, here's a big fuck off :)

Lovely!
